XiRo Gin is made by single distillation on a neutral grain base, with dominant juniper and carefully selected secondary botanicals: coriander, angelica root and citrus peel that give it depth without stealing character. Drink with Fever Tree Indian Tonic or neat on a single ice cube with a lemon slice.
