Provençal elegance of lavender

There is a thin line between a gin that smells of lavender and soap that smells of lavender. XiRo Gin Lavanda knows that boundary and respects it: juniper remains visible, linalool is present but does not overwhelm, and the result is a drink that evokes Provence without tourist kitsch. Dignified, aromatic, feminine — but serious enough to drink neat.

The lavender that goes into this gin is organic, from Serbia — not imported Bulgarian lavender which has a stronger and more aggressive profile. Serbian lavender is more delicate, with more floral and less medicinal character. Combined with juniper and coriander, it forms a harmonious triangle where no single note dominates rudely.
