Požegača brings depth and body, Čačanska rodna delivers the sweetness of ripe fruit, and Crvena Ranka introduces a freshness that elevates it above any single-variety distillate. The result is a plum brandy that does not forgive mediocrity — intense, rounded, with a long dry finish that lingers long after the last sip.

Every bottle of XiRo plum brandy comes from selected fruit grown in certified Serbian orchards. Fermentation takes exactly as long as needed — not through rapid yeast cultures, but through a natural process that respects the rhythm of the plum. Double distillation in copper pot stills removes everything except what is worthy. Rest in inert vessels preserves the clarity of the fruit note and prevents oxidation. Drink at room temperature, in gentle sips, paired with domestic cheese or prosciutto.
